Baby Burr Basic's

Well for change I (Tess) will post something on my very own! I have been getting more and more excited for the arrival of our first baby and in turn have been starting to make some fun things. None of them are original...but I still love them!

Here is a Soother-Clip...Jenna helped me make this one...I just couldn't resist the polka dots once again! She just happened to have these really cute pearlish snaps to add a finishing touch! I sure hope my baby takes a soother because this thing is so cute! hahaha!

This is a quilt that my Mother-In-Law Bev, Carly and I worked on for the baby...It is suppose to be a gender neutral one so don't get any ideas on what the gender is...we have no idea still! The pattern is called "Crazy Eights" I believe. We used a shiny-silky material on the back and for the binding which think turned out quite fun! We put the quilt on the quilting frame and went to town. Lots of love in this little blanket!

This is a diaper wipes case covered with material and doo0dats to make it look cute...I missed the enrichment that our ward did when they made these but this is what they were suppose to look like I do believe! Also behind it is a diaper lug to keep the diapers and the wipes case in. I obviously had a ton of the material I used on the quilt left over...just can't get enough of a cute paisley and polka dot though!

These are burp cloths made from flannel diapers. They are all folded in half in this picture so I could get more of them in the picture. I just used some ribbon from the dollar store and some that I had around and sewed them on to add a cute touch to each! This was an idea I took from my mom who had made some for my sister when she had a baby! I think I am really going to like them!
